由改性高温树脂和高温固化剂组成的高温修补剂,以陶瓷、金属等填充聚合而成,短期耐温300℃,长期耐温240℃,用于高温工况磨损、划伤、腐蚀、破裂部位的修补和粘接,如蒸汽及热油管路,发动机缸体,造纸烘缸、塑料成型模具修补和粘接等。

1. 表面处理:对待修补或需粘接部位进行粗化处理,再用清洗剂进行清洗。

2. 配制:按质量比A:B=2:1或体积比A:B=2:1将A、B两组份混合均匀,并在规定操作时限内用完。

由改性高温树脂和高温固化剂组成的高温修补剂,以陶瓷、金属、纤维等填充聚合而成,耐过热蒸汽,耐各类酸碱腐蚀、耐油、韧性好、粘接强度高。接触温度最高可达400℃,可长期在350℃温度下工作。适合于各种高温工况下油、水、汽、酸、碱管路法兰面的修补、密封和粘接等。
