灯具用硅酮密封胶是专门用于汽车灯具、特殊照明及电子零部件等领域的粘接、密封而设计的单组份、低模量、中性固化的有机硅弹性密封胶。适用于一般密封及电气绝缘。

视结合面与间隙大小切取挤胶嘴，将其均匀挤出，涂布量用挤胶嘴孔大小控制，以结合面组合后微微挤出一胶圈为宜。 结合面涂布密封垫后，在活性期内迅速组合紧固，通常从挤胶到组合的时间间隔应控制在3min之内，越短越好，以免硫化表干而不能使用。
