Product use

韧性好，粘接强度高。用于运输带、橡胶、皮革、金属、陶瓷等材料之间的自粘和互粘。粘接部位剥离强度优于普通输送带橡胶与织物之间的结合强度。

Good toughness, high adhesive strength. For the transport belt, rubber, leather, metal, ceramics and other materials between self and mutual adhesion. The bonding position of peel strength is better than the ordinary belt binding strength between rubber and fabric.

使用方法

Method of use

1. 表面处理：将待修补处打毛，清洁去污，并晾干。

Surface treatment: 1 will be repaired in hair, clean the dirt, and dry.

2. 配制：将固化剂B组倒入主剂A组的铁罐内迅速搅拌均匀，然后倒到待修补处抹平。

3. 固化：常温固化8小时可以使用，24小时达到最大强度。

1. 本参数为实验室条件下取得，由于实际工况比较复杂，建议用户根据实际工况做预测试。

The 1 parameter is obtained under laboratory conditions, due to the actual condition is complex, users are advised to do pre test according to the actual working conditions.

2. 胶层未固化完全（2小时内）时不可受力；

The 2 layer is not completely cured (2 hours) can not force;

3. 如气温太低，A、B组分粘度大，使用前可分别将A、B组分加热到30℃左右然后混合。

贮存：阴凉干燥处密闭贮存，保质期9个月。

产品用途

Product use

用于钢芯、整芯和普通输送带纵横向撕裂的拼接修补，以及输送带表面磨损、掉块、带边磨损、带面穿孔的修复和接头封口；电缆、胶辊及其他橡胶制品的修补。

For the steel core, the core and common conveyor belt longitudinal tearing stitching repair, conveyer belt and wear surface repair, off block, band edge wear, surface of perforation and joint sealing; cables, rubber and other rubber products repair.

使用方法

Method of use

1. 表面处理：将待修补处打毛，清洁去污，并晾干。

Surface treatment: 1 will be repaired in hair, clean the dirt, and dry.

2. 刷涂处理剂：将处理剂（C组）刷涂在打毛处理过的待修补部位并晾干，条件允许时应用碘钨灯烘烤10－15分钟至待修表面达到60℃。

3. 配制：将固化剂B组倒入主剂A组的铁罐内迅速搅拌均匀，然后倒到待修补处抹平。

4. 固化：常温固化4-6小时可以使用，48小时达到最大强度。

2. 本品从混合到用完的应控制在8分钟内，胶层未固化完全（2小时内）时不可受力；
