粘接工艺方法：

The bonding process:

1、首先将缸体冻裂或损坏处清洗，找出裂纹终端，而头打止裂孔。

2、将裂纹处加工处理成“V”型槽状，以便涂胶。

3、用锉刀等五金工具，手提砂轮、砂布将表面处理平整。

4、将被胶粘表面用清洗剂清洗，直至无污渍、无锈迹。

5、按A、B组份体积比2：1比例充分调均匀。待修表面（两面涂胶）充分涂胶。

6、粘完后，用工具轻轻敲打，使其粘接充分。

7、如果裂纹或破损严重时应加铁（铜）板进行加强处理，效果更好。不严重时可用玻纤布进行加强处理。

①用玻璃纤维布加强处理，应粘接两层至三层，玻纤布应是从小到大的粘接，每层涂应要充分用胶浸透，以达到更好的粘接强度。

②用铁（铜）板加强处理，一般厚度为5-8毫米，表面要严格处理平整、洁净、与缸体配合应紧密，并用螺钉固定在缸体。

8、涂敷完毕后24小时，20℃-25℃可在最大强度的60％-70％，若加热至80℃时，固化则可在最大强度。若不加热直接在高温环境下使用亦可达最大强度。

Matters needing attention:

该胶配胶后，在25℃下可有1.5小时左右的使用期。使用前应将A、B组份混合均匀，做到混合物无色差后即可使用。一配胶量按实际情况，即用即配，一次用完。
